Our Story
Apopka Tent Rentals was started in 2023 by Logan Larochelle, a Central Florida native who spent years working events and kept running into the same problem: rental companies that were either overpriced, unreliable, or expected you to handle your own setup. He figured there had to be a better way to do it.
Logan started with a couple of tents, a pickup truck, and a straightforward promise — show up on time, set everything up right, and leave the space better than you found it. That first summer was mostly backyard birthday parties and neighborhood cookouts in Apopka. Word got around fast. By the end of year one, the operation had grown to cover weddings, quinceañeras, church events, corporate picnics, and everything in between, serving families across Orange, Seminole, and Lake County.
Today, Apopka Tent Rentals has served 500+ events and holds a 5.0 rating across 120+ Google reviews. Every piece of equipment is inspected and cleaned before it goes on a truck. Logan is still personally involved in operations — when you call or text, you're usually talking to him.
