Our Story

Apopka Tent Rentals was founded right here in Apopka, FL with one goal: make event planning easier for families, businesses, and organizations across Central Florida. We saw how stressful it was for people to coordinate rentals, setup, and logistics — so we built a company that handles all of it for you.

From a single tent setup in our first week to hundreds of events served across Orange, Seminole, and Lake County, we've grown by keeping our promise simple: show up on time, set everything up right, and leave the space better than we found it.

We're fully licensed and insured, and every piece of equipment is inspected and cleaned before delivery. When you book with us, you're not just renting equipment — you're getting a team that cares about your event as much as you do.
