Permits
Windermere addresses fall under Orange County’s tent rules outside the town limits: tents over 901 square feet get an additional Fire Marshal review through Orange County’s Fast Track permit system, with a dimensioned site plan and up-and-down dates. Florida exempts tents up to 900 square feet from the Fire Prevention Code, so a 20×40 (800 sq ft) needs no review; a 40×40 does, and we handle the application and build the review time into your date. Inside the Town of Windermere itself, the town’s building office issues permits — we confirm which applies to your address before you book.
Parks
Town Square Park, Fernwood Park and Central Park in downtown Windermere are town facilities reserved through the Town of Windermere; most of our Windermere work is on private property. Reserve first, send us the approved window, and we set up inside it with a certificate of insurance on request.
