The 40x80 high peak tent is the largest in our fleet: 3,200 square feet of column-lined, cathedral-peak event space for weddings, galas, corporate summits, and community festivals across Central Florida. Seat 220-260 guests banquet-style with full room for a stage, dance floor, buffet, and bar — or host 320 for a standing event. At this scale we conduct a site evaluation before your event date to plan anchoring, power, and layout. Like every Apopka Tent Rentals booking, the price includes professional installation and teardown by our crew. Staking on grass is included. Setting up on concrete or pavers? Water barrel anchoring is available at $25 per barrel — selected at checkout and confirmed with you after booking.
