Why Rent Tables and Chairs Together?
Most events need both — and splitting the order between companies means paying two delivery fees, coordinating two drop-off windows, and hoping the chair count actually matches the tables. Apopka Tent Rentals stocks both in depth, so every order arrives on one truck with counts that make sense: 8 chairs per 60-inch round, 8–10 per 8-foot banquet table, 6 per 6-foot table.
Pricing is published, not hidden behind a quote form. Here's what a real package looks like:
| Item | Qty | Rate | Subtotal |
|---|---|---|---|
| 6ft Folding Tables | 5 | $9.95/day | $49.75 |
| Folding Chairs | 40 | $1.95/day | $78.00 |
| Package total (per day) | $127.75 | ||
Flat-rate delivery from $59 (up to 15 miles) is added at checkout, or pick up free from our Apopka shop. Want us to handle the labor? Add setup & breakdown for $0.95/chair and $2.95/table.

Setup & breakdown is an optional paid add-on at checkout — $0.95 per chair and $2.95 per table. Our crew arranges everything to your layout and returns after your event to break it down. Skip the add-on and we simply drop off and pick up.
How many chairs do I need per table?
Plan 8 chairs per 60-inch round table, 8–10 per 8-foot banquet table, and 6 per 6-foot table. Add 2–3 chair-free tables for buffet, gifts, and cake, plus a handful of spare chairs for overflow seating.
Do you rent folding tables and chairs for pickup?
Yes — every folding table and chair rental can be picked up free from our Apopka shop during business hours (7 AM–8 PM daily), or delivered for a flat rate from $59. Folding tables come in 6-foot ($9.95/day) and 8-foot ($12.95/day) sizes.
Can I rent round tables and chairs together for a wedding?
Yes — 60-inch round tables ($11.95/day) with 8 folding or padded resin chairs each is the standard wedding and quinceañera setup. Add floor-length linens from the same order and everything arrives on one truck.
