Folding chairs are $1.95/day, 6ft tables $9.95/day, 8ft tables $12.95/day, and 60-inch round tables $13.95/day. A 5-table, 40-chair package runs $127.75/day plus flat-rate delivery from $59. Book online for an exact total.
Is delivery included with table and chair rentals?
Delivery is a flat rate starting at $59, which covers up to 15 miles from our Apopka shop — one fee for the entire table and chair order. Beyond 15 miles, the fee is calculated by mileage at checkout. Free pickup from our Apopka shop is also available.
Do you set up the tables and chairs?
Setup & breakdown is an optional paid add-on at checkout — $0.95 per chair and $2.95 per table. Our crew arranges everything to your layout and returns after your event to break it down. Skip the add-on and we simply drop off and pick up.
How many chairs do I need per table?
Plan 8 chairs per 60-inch round table, 8–10 per 8-foot banquet table, and 6 per 6-foot table. Add 2–3 chair-free tables for buffet, gifts, and cake, plus a handful of spare chairs for overflow seating.
