How to Choose the Right Tent Size for Your Wedding
Tent sizing depends on your guest count and how you're using the space. Here's a general guide:
- Up to 50 guests (seated dinner): A 20×30 frame tent (600 sq ft) works well, leaving room for a head table and small dance area.
- 75–100 guests: A 20×40 tent (800 sq ft) gives comfortable seated dining with space for a buffet line.
- 150+ guests: A 20×60 or larger tent, or multiple connected canopies. We can help you configure the layout.
- Ceremony only: A 20×20 canopy is often enough for chairs and an aisle, with the reception under a separate, larger tent.
