We'll coordinate a setup window with you when you book. We typically arrive 1–3 hours before your event start time to ensure everything is ready.

Tents, tables, and chairs require no utilities. Bounce houses and water slides require a standard power outlet within 100 feet. Water slides also need a garden hose connection.

As a rule of thumb, allow 10 sq ft per guest for seated dinner events and 6 sq ft for cocktail/standing events. We'll help you pick the right size when you request a quote.

Yes — we can set up on grass, pavement, concrete, or packed dirt. Let us know the surface type when booking so we bring the right anchoring equipment.

Yes, our tent canopies are water-resistant and designed for Florida weather. We do not recommend events directly under severe storm watches, but rain showers are handled well.

Yes — every inflatable is cleaned and sanitized between rentals. We are fully licensed and insured, and all equipment meets Florida safety standards.

Most standard bounce houses need a flat area of approximately 15×15 feet minimum. Combo units require more space. We'll confirm dimensions with you before delivery.

Our inflatables are primarily designed for outdoor use. Some units may fit in large indoor venues — contact us to discuss your specific space.

Our standard bounce houses are designed for children ages 3–14. Adult supervision is always required. Some larger combo units can accommodate older kids and teens.
