These Terms of Service govern your use of apopkatentrentals.com and services provided by Apopka Tent Rentals, a brand of Bounce Party Apopka LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or services, you agree to these terms.

Services

We provide tent, table, and chair rental services for events in the Central Florida area. Rentals are subject to availability and our delivery area. All prices are subject to change without notice.

Bookings and Payments

A deposit or full payment may be required to confirm your booking. We accept payment via Stripe. By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge the amount shown for your rental. Cancellation policies vary — contact us at least 72 hours before your event date for any changes.

SMS / Text Message Program

By providing your phone number and checking the SMS opt-in box on our contact or booking form, you consent to receive text messages from Apopka Tent Rentals (a brand of Bounce Party Apopka LLC) at the number provided. These messages may include:

Message frequency: Varies based on your booking activity — typically 2–5 messages per booking.

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for applicable rates.

To opt out: Reply STOP to any text message. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages.

We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for damages arising from weather conditions, acts of God, or circumstances beyond our control that prevent delivery or use of rented equipment. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected rental.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in Orange County, Florida.
