Is setup included?
Tent and dance floor setup is always included. Flat-rate delivery starts at $59 (covers up to 15 miles). Tables, chairs and linens can also be picked up free at our Apopka shop; tents and dance floors are delivered and installed only. Chair and table setup & breakdown is available at checkout ($0.95 per chair, $2.95 per table) — we coordinate with your event timeline either way.

The Classic Quinceañera Setup
Our most popular quinceañera configuration:
- High peak frame tent — the grand, dramatic look. A 20×40 seats 64–80, a 40×40 seats 100–130, and a 40×60 seats 160–200.
- 60-inch round tables — seat 8–10 guests each with a formal, banquet-style layout. Easier to decorate than rectangular tables.
- Padded resin chairs — the most popular choice for quinceañeras, giving that clean, elegant look with a cushioned seat. White folding chairs are a budget-friendly option for the ceremony or an overflow area, and floor-length linens on the rounds finish the formal look.
- Dance floor — the dance is central to every quinceañera. Our portable dance floors come in sections and can be configured to the size you need.
Sizing Guide for Quinceañeras
- 75 guests: 40×40 tent with 10 round tables and 75 padded resin chairs, leaving room for a 12×12 dance floor.
- 100 guests: 40×40 tent with 13 round tables and 100 chairs. A 16×16 dance floor gives room for the waltz and the court.
- 150 guests: 40×60 tent with 19 round tables, 150 chairs, and a 16×16 dance floor for a full celebration.
