Our shop is on Breezy Meadow Road off Rock Springs Road, which means every Apopka address is inside a ten-minute drive. Apopka gets our earliest delivery windows, the flat $59 delivery, and something no other city gets: free pickup. If you want to load a few tables and chairs into your own truck on the morning of the party, choose pickup at checkout and we will have them stacked and ready. Tents are always delivered and installed by our crew.
What Apopka books
Graduation parties in Errol Estates and Rock Springs Ridge run a 20×20 high peak tent, fifty folding chairs and 8-foot tables for the food. Church events near Northwest Recreation Complex run chairs by the hundred. Backyard weddings out toward Zellwood and Plymouth run a 20×40 or 40×40 tent with 60-inch rounds in floor-length linens, padded resin chairs and a dark walnut dance floor. Quinceañeras run the same package with lighting for a late night. Every one of those items is priced on this page, live from the catalog.
Rules that apply in Apopka
Florida exempts tents up to 900 square feet from the Fire Prevention Code, so a backyard 20×20 or 20×40 needs no fire review; our 40×40 and larger get one, which we coordinate. Events on City of Apopka property — Kit Land Nelson Park, Northwest Recreation Complex, the Community Center — need a Special Event Permit when they involve tents, vendors or more than a hundred people, and the city asks for it at least 60 days ahead. Kelly Park / Rock Springs Run is an Orange County park with pavilions reserved through the county that fill early on weekends; Wekiwa Springs is a state park where tents are limited to reserved pavilion areas.
Sandy yards and paver patios
Most Apopka yards are sandy soil under St. Augustine grass — ideal for staked tents. The newer subdivisions with paver patios and pool decks get weighted footings instead of stakes; tell us at checkout so the crew brings the right anchors. Arbor Ridge and Oak Hill Reserve have HOA rules on delivery hours; send them and we schedule inside them.
A realistic Apopka order
For a 60-guest backyard graduation: a 20×40 high peak tent, sixty folding chairs, eight 8-foot tables, a drum fan and a cooler, and $59 delivery — or pick the tables and chairs up yourself and pay delivery only on the tent. For an 80-guest wedding: the 20×40, ten rounds in floor-length linens, eighty padded resin chairs, a 16×16 dance floor, tent lighting and a skirted bar. Add chair and table setup at $0.95 and $2.95 apiece if you would rather the crew place everything.
