High Peak Frame Tents for Apopka's Climate
If you're planning an event between May and September, you already know the drill — clear skies by 10am, storms rolling in by 3pm. We've set up hundreds of tents in Apopka and the surrounding Rock Springs area, and the biggest mistake people make is underestimating how fast weather changes here in Central Florida. A high peak frame tent gives your guests a covered, open-sided space that handles afternoon rain without turning into a wind trap.
Every tent we rent is a high peak frame tent. The aluminum frame stands without a center pole, so round tables fit and you don't lose seating in the middle, and the peaked roof adds height for photos and lets rain run off. On grass and Apopka's sandy soil we stake them; on pavers, concrete, or a driveway we anchor them with water barrels ($25 each, confirmed by phone after booking).
- No center poles — the full floor is usable for tables, a dance floor, or a buffet
- Peaked roofs — height and drama for weddings and quinceañeras, and rain runs off
- Small sizes too — the 10×10 and 10×20 cover backyard jobs you might otherwise use a canopy for
Popular Apopka Locations We Set Up At
We've delivered to nearly every neighborhood in Apopka, from the newer subdivisions off Rock Springs Road to older neighborhoods near Lake Apopka. A few spots we set up at regularly:
- Kit Land Nelson Park — Apopka's most-used event park, we've set up dozens of tents here for community events and birthday parties
- Northwest Recreation Complex — Large events, sports banquets, graduation celebrations
- Kelly Park / Rock Springs — Outdoor events near the spring run require staking in sandy soil; we come prepared with the right anchors
- Wekiwa Springs State Park area — Frequently used for wedding receptions and private events in the Wekiva basin neighborhoods
- Errol Estates & Rock Springs Ridge — Larger private properties in Northwest Apopka where we set up 40×60 and 40×80 tents for big family events
- Private backyards in 32703 & 32712 — The majority of what we do; backyard setup is our specialty
What to Expect on Setup Day
Our crew typically arrives 2–4 hours before your event start time. Setup for a 20×40 tent takes about 45–60 minutes; larger tents take longer. We stake into grass or sand, anchor with water barrels on pavement, and can attach sidewalls if the forecast calls for wind or rain. After your event ends, we return on a pre-agreed schedule — usually the morning after — to break everything down and leave the space exactly as we found it.
If you're at a venue that requires a COI (Certificate of Insurance), let us know when you book — we provide documentation at no extra charge.

Tent Rental Questions — Apopka, FL
Do you deliver tents to all of Apopka, FL?
Yes — we deliver to every part of Apopka, including 32703 and 32712 zip codes. Because we're based on Breezy Meadow Road in Apopka, our $59 flat-rate delivery covers most local addresses. We set up in backyards, parks, event venues, parking lots, and anywhere else with access for our truck and trailer.
Is tent setup included in the price?
Yes, always. Full setup by our crew and post-event breakdown are included in every rental, and flat-rate delivery starts at $59. We arrive 2–4 hours before your event, install everything, and return after the event ends to remove it. You never touch a pole or stake.
How much does a tent rental cost in Apopka?
A 20×20 tent is $379.99 per day and a 20×40 is $759.99, plus $59 flat-rate delivery for Apopka addresses. Every size has a published price, from $249.99 for a 10×10 to $3,519.99 for a 40×80. Tables and chairs are available separately or bundled into a package.
What's the right tent size for my Apopka event?
A 20×20 seats 32–40 guests at tables, a 20×40 seats 64–80, and a 40×40 seats 100–130. A dance floor or buffet line usually means one size up. Use our tent sizing guide or call us — we'll ask a few quick questions and recommend the right size for your guest count and layout.
Can you set up a tent in a park or at a venue in Apopka?
Yes. We set up at Kit Land Nelson Park, the Northwest Recreation Complex, private venues, and other public parks regularly. Some parks and venues require permits or a COI from us — we provide certificates of insurance at no charge. Just let us know your venue when you book and we'll handle the documentation.
Do you offer sidewalls for rain or wind?
Yes. Windowed sidewalls are available as an add-on, one for each side you want closed in. In Apopka's summer months — May through September — afternoon thunderstorms are common, and we'll often recommend sidewalls for evening events where the storms roll in after 4pm. Sidewalls can be added at booking or added on the day of setup if the weather forecast changes.
Can I rent tables and chairs with the tent?
Absolutely. We carry 6-foot rectangular tables, 60-inch round tables, folding chairs, padded resin chairs, and bar stools. Most customers bundle everything in one order. See our tent + table + chair packages or call us to build a custom quote.
