The reunion order
Ocoee is family-reunion and graduation territory, and the table-and-chair order reflects it: sixty to a hundred plastic folding chairs, eight to twelve 8-foot banquets for the food line and the seating, a couple of 60-inch rounds for the grandparents’ table, set up in a Forest Oaks or Wesmere backyard or under a reserved pavilion at Vignetti Park. Ocoee is about 13 road miles from the shop down SR-429, inside our 15-mile zone, so delivery is the flat $59 for nearly every address.
Drop-off or set up
Drop-off — chairs and tables stacked where you want them — is the usual Ocoee choice for a backyard reunion. Setup by the crew is $0.95 a chair and $2.95 a table at checkout and worth it once you pass sixty chairs or you are setting up at a park pavilion on a reservation clock. Tell us the door the truck can reach, the pavilion’s load-in window, and whether there is a side gate.
Pavilions and the lake parks
Vignetti Park’s pavilions and fields are reserved through the City of Ocoee for birthday parties and reunions; Bill Breeze Park on Starke Lake, next to the Ocoee Lakeshore Center, has a wedding pavilion and an acre of lawn rented through Parks & Leisure (407-905-3180). Reserve first, send us the approved window, and we set up inside it with a certificate of insurance if the city asks.
Package math
- 60 guests, backyard reunion — eight 8-foot banquets seated eight, sixty folding chairs, two serving tables, a cooler.
- 100 guests, graduation — thirteen rounds or twelve banquets, a hundred folding chairs, four serving tables, two cocktail tables.
- 40 guests, anniversary dinner — five 60-inch rounds, forty padded resin chairs, lap-length linens, a skirted bar.
A 60-inch round seats eight comfortably; an 8-foot banquet seats eight; a 6-foot seats six.
Ground
Ocoee yards are sandy and level tables easily; lots near Starke Lake and Prairie Lake can be soft after a storm, so we set tables on the firmest ground and shim the legs. Pool decks and paver patios get pads under the table feet.
Linens and extras
Floor- and lap-length linens sized to every table, a 6-foot skirted bar, cocktail and bistro tables, a drum fan and a cooler from the add-ons list, and a 20×20 or 20×40 high peak tent for shade go in the same checkout — one $59 delivery, one crew.
