The backyard floor
Ocoee’s dance floors go into Forest Oaks and Wesmere backyards for quinceañeras and Sweet Sixteens — a 16×16 under a 20×40 tent with the rounds around it — and onto the lawn at Bill Breeze Park on Starke Lake for receptions at the wedding pavilion. One dark walnut finish, three sizes, every price on this page, installation included. Ocoee is about 13 road miles from the shop down SR-429, inside our 15-mile zone, so delivery is the flat $59.
Level on sand and pavers
Ocoee yards are sandy and level easily; lots near Starke Lake and Prairie Lake can be soft after a summer storm, so the crew sets the sub-floor on the firmest ground and checks it twice. Pool decks and paver patios get pads under the sub-floor. At Bill Breeze Park and Vignetti Park the reservation comes with a window; send it to us and we install inside it, with a certificate of insurance if the city asks (Parks & Leisure, 407-905-3180).
Indoors too
For a clubhouse or a garage party the panels go straight down on the slab and lock together — no sub-floor, no marks, and the crew is gone before the DJ arrives. Tell us the door the truck can reach and whether there are stairs.
Which size
- 12×12 — up to about 50 guests; a Sweet Sixteen, a lanai party.
- 16×16 — 80–100 guests; the quinceañera floor under a 20×40.
- 20×20 — 120–160 guests; under a 40×40 with fifteen to twenty rounds.
Rule of thumb: three square feet per guest on the floor at once, about a third of the guests dancing at any moment.
The rest of the package
A 20×40 or 40×40 high peak tent, tent lighting, 60-inch rounds with floor-length linens, padded chairs, a skirted bar and a sweetheart table go in the same checkout — one $59 delivery, one crew, one bill. A dance floor needs no permit; a tent over 900 square feet gets a fire review — see our Ocoee tent page.
