Lanais and quinceañeras
Winter Garden’s dance floors go two places: on the covered lanais of Horizon West, Hamlin and Independence, where a 12×12 turns a lanai into a party floor for a Sweet Sixteen or a graduation, and under the 20×40 or 40×40 tents that go up next to those lanais for a quinceañera, where the 16×16 or 20×20 sits with the rounds around it. Behind the Plant Street bungalows the 12×12 fits a compact backyard. One dark walnut finish, three sizes, every price on this page, installation included. Winter Garden is about 14 road miles from the shop, inside our 15-mile zone, so delivery is the flat $59.
Level on pavers and new lawns
On a lanai the panels go down on the pavers with pads under the sub-floor — nothing scratched. On a Horizon West lawn, which is new construction with a few settling spots, the crew checks the grade and sets the floor on the flattest section. Gated communities: put the gate code or guardhouse instructions in your order notes.
Which size
- 12×12 — up to about 50 guests; the lanai floor, the Sweet Sixteen.
- 16×16 — 80–100 guests; the quinceañera floor under a 20×40.
- 20×20 — 120–160 guests; under a 40×40 with fifteen to twenty rounds.
Rule of thumb: three square feet per guest on the floor at once, about a third of the guests dancing at any moment.
Parks
Newton Park on Lake Apopka, Tucker Ranch and the Jessie Brock Community Center Park are reserved through the City of Winter Garden; we install inside your approved window with a certificate of insurance on request. A dance floor needs no permit; a tent over it goes through the city’s tent process — see our Winter Garden tent page.
The rest of the package
A high peak tent, tent lighting, 60-inch rounds with floor-length linens, padded chairs, a skirted bar and a sweetheart table go in the same checkout — one $59 delivery, one crew, one bill.
