Two kinds of yards
Winter Garden table-and-chair orders come in two sizes. Behind the historic-district bungalows near Plant Street the setups are compact — four or five 60-inch rounds with matched chairs tucked into a small backyard, or a couple of 8-foot banquets along a porch. Out in Horizon West, Hamlin and Independence, covered lanais and bigger lots host bigger crowds: twelve rounds, a hundred chairs, a bar and a sweetheart table for a graduation or a quinceañera. Both are about 14 road miles from the shop via SR-429, inside our 15-mile zone, so delivery is the flat $59 for nearly every address.
Gates and lanais
Most Horizon West communities are gated. Put the gate code or the guardhouse instructions in your order notes and the crew never has to wake you. Lanai setups get table pads on the pavers and the crew carries rather than drags; drop-off orders are stacked where you point. Setup by the crew is $0.95 a chair and $2.95 a table at checkout, and worth it for anything over sixty chairs.
Package math
- 40 guests, Plant Street backyard — five 60-inch rounds, forty padded resin chairs, lap-length linens, one serving table.
- 100 guests, Horizon West graduation — thirteen rounds or twelve 8-foot banquets, a hundred folding chairs, four serving tables, two cocktail tables.
- Quinceañera, 120 guests — fifteen rounds, a hundred and twenty padded chairs, floor-length linens, a skirted bar, a sweetheart table, under a 40×40 tent.
A 60-inch round seats eight comfortably; an 8-foot banquet seats eight; a 6-foot seats six. Tell us the headcount and the space and we lay it out.
Parks
Newton Park on Lake Apopka, Tucker Ranch and the Jessie Brock Community Center Park are city facilities reserved through the City of Winter Garden; the trailhead parks along the West Orange Trail host neighborhood events. Reserve first, send us the approved window, and we set up inside it with a certificate of insurance on request.
Linens and the rest
Floor- and lap-length linens sized to every table we rent, cocktail and bistro tables, a 6-foot skirted bar, a sweetheart table, and a high peak tent for shade go in the same checkout — one $59 delivery, one crew, one bill.
