The estate dinner
Windermere table-and-chair orders are the formal ones: 60-inch rounds with padded resin chairs and floor-length linens beside a pool deck on the Butler Chain of Lakes, a skirted bar and cocktail tables for the hour before dinner, a sweetheart table for a wedding. Summerport and Windermere Downs book the same setup a size smaller, and the folding chairs come out for the casual reunions. Everything is priced per piece on this page. Windermere is about 19 road miles from the shop via SR-429, so delivery prices around $75 for the whole order, shown at checkout.
Pool decks, pavers and docks
Windermere is all hardscape and manicured turf. The crew puts pads under every table foot on travertine and pavers, carries rather than drags, sets rounds on the flattest run of lawn, and keeps chairs off the irrigation heads. Setup by the crew — $0.95 a chair and $2.95 a table at checkout — is the usual Windermere choice, and for a wedding it means the rounds are placed to the planner’s diagram with linens on before the florist arrives. Most properties are gated: put the code or the guardhouse instructions in your order notes.
Package math for a Windermere event
- 60 guests, lakefront dinner — eight 60-inch rounds, sixty padded resin chairs, floor-length linens, one skirted bar, two cocktail tables, a sweetheart table.
- 100 guests, wedding — thirteen rounds, a hundred padded chairs, two bars, four cocktail tables, under a 20×40 or 40×40 tent.
- Cocktail-style, 80 guests — eight cocktail tables with linens, four bistro tables, thirty chairs, a bar.
A 60-inch round seats eight comfortably; under a 20×40 high peak tent ten rounds fit with a dance floor. Add the tent and the floor in the same checkout and it is one delivery and one crew.
Parks
Town Square Park, Fernwood Park and Central Park in downtown Windermere are town facilities reserved through the Town of Windermere; most of our Windermere work is on private property. Reserve first, send us the window, and we set up inside it with a certificate of insurance on request.
Linens and extras
Floor- and lap-length linens sized to every table we rent, bistro and cocktail tables, a 6-foot skirted bar, a sweetheart table and a dark walnut dance floor go in the same checkout — one delivery fee, one crew, one bill.
