Rounds by the pool, cocktail tables by the dock
A Windermere table order is usually two layouts in one evening: cocktail and bistro tables near the dock or the pool for the first hour, then 60-inch rounds under the tent for dinner, with a sweetheart table and a 6-foot skirted bar. Sizes and what they seat
A 60-inch round seats eight comfortably and ten with narrow chairs; an 8-foot banquet seats eight (ten with ends); a 6-foot banquet seats six. Cocktail tables stand at bar height with linens tied or clipped; bistro tables seat two to four. Under a 20×40 high peak tent ten rounds fit with a 16×16 dance floor; a 40×40 takes eighteen rounds and a 20×20 floor. We do not rent farm tables — if that is the look you want, we will say so rather than substitute.
Stone, travertine and level runs
Windermere yards are travertine pool decks, paver courtyards and manicured lawn. The crew puts pads under every table foot on stone, sets rounds on the flattest run of grass and shims a banquet run so serving dishes sit level. Setup by the crew is $2.95 a table and is the usual Windermere choice because it means the rounds land on the planner’s diagram, not roughly where the truck stopped.
Delivery from Apopka
The shop is about 19 road miles away — half an hour down SR-429 — so delivery is about $75 at our $59 base plus $4 for each mile past 15. Gate codes and HOA vendor hours go in the order notes; the crew schedules inside them.
Linens sized to the table
Floor-length linens for rounds and banquets, lap-length for casual, spandex or tied linens for cocktail tables — all sized to the exact tables we rent so nothing puddles or falls short. Linens, chairs, the tent and the dance floor go in the same checkout for one delivery fee and one crew.
Parks
Town Square Park, Fernwood Park and Central Park are Town of Windermere facilities reserved through the town; a certificate of insurance is available on request. Tables on private property need no permit.
