Nine tables, priced per piece
The table line covers most of what an Orlando event needs: 60-inch round plastic tables for dining, 6-foot and 8-foot plastic rectangular banquets for buffets and rows, 30-inch wood cocktail and bistro tables for the hour before dinner, a plastic cocktail table for the bar area, a 6-foot skirted bar, a 60-inch half-round sweetheart table for the couple, and a chill table for drinks on ice. Every one is priced per table on this page, live from the catalog.
Central Orlando is about 21 road miles from our shop, so delivery prices above our $59 base — roughly $80–$85 for a downtown address at $4 per mile past 15, less for College Park and Rosemont, more for Lake Nona — computed from your real address at checkout and covering the whole order.
Seating math
- 60-inch round — eight comfortably, ten tightly; the dinner table for weddings and quinceañeras.
- 8-foot banquet — eight seated (four a side), or a buffet line for a hundred.
- 6-foot banquet — six seated; the gift table, the dessert table, the DJ table.
- Cocktail / bistro — standing for four, or two bar stools each.
A 100-guest seated dinner is thirteen rounds or thirteen 8-foot banquets plus three or four banquets for food and gifts; a 150-guest buffet is twelve banquets seated eight with a four-table serving line. Tell us the headcount and the space and we lay it out.
Drop-off or set
Every order can be dropped and stacked where you want it or set out by the crew for $2.95 a table at checkout — placed to your diagram, squared, and broken down after. Townhomes in Thornton Park and SoDo: tell us where the truck can stage and whether there is an elevator. College Park and Audubon Park backyards with big oaks: the crew sets tables where the ground is flat and shims the legs on the rest.
Linens
Floor-length and lap-length linens sized to the 60-inch rounds, the 6- and 8-foot banquets and the cocktail tables are in the catalog and go in the same checkout. Floor-length for weddings; lap-length for showers and birthdays.
Parks
Delaney Park, Dickson Azalea Park, Lake Lawsona Park and the other City of Orlando parks are reserved through the city; we deliver inside your approved window with a certificate of insurance if the city asks. Tables need no permit.
Chairs and tents
Folding and padded chairs, bar stools, and a high peak tent to put it all under go in the same checkout — one delivery fee, one crew, one bill.
