Every tent we own is a high peak frame tent
We rent one family of tent — aluminum-frame high peak tents in seven sizes from 10×10 to 40×80 — and we install every one of them. No center pole, full usable interior, and a peaked roof that sheds Orlando’s afternoon storms instead of pooling them. The prices for all seven are on this page, pulled live from the catalog, and they are the same prices you see when you book.
Which size for your Orlando event
Use ten square feet per seated guest at 60-inch rounds, six to eight square feet for a cocktail-style crowd:
- 10×10 and 10×20 — a grill station, a bar, shade over the food line, or a 12–20 person cocktail gathering.
- 20×20 (400 sq ft) — 30–40 seated at five rounds; the College Park graduation-party tent.
- 20×40 (800 sq ft) — 80 seated at ten rounds with room for a buffet line; the backyard-wedding and quinceañera workhorse, and the largest size that stays under the state’s 900 sq ft fire-code line.
- 40×40 (1,600 sq ft) — 160 seated; church events, big reunions, a dance floor with room to spare.
- 40×60 and 40×80 — 240 and 320 seated; corporate picnics and festival-scale gatherings.
If your yard is tight, tell us the dimensions of the flat space and we will tell you honestly which tent fits with the guy lines and stakes accounted for — a 20×40 needs roughly 24×44 of ground.
The permit rule inside Orlando city limits
Inside the City of Orlando, any tent installed by a tent company needs a City of Orlando tent permit — that is the city’s Tent Permit Guide citing FBC 3103.1.2, regardless of tent size. For tents between 120 and 900 square feet the city wants a site plan with setbacks, an NFPA 701 flame-resistance certificate for the fabric, fire-extinguisher locations and a floor plan showing the seating layout. Over 900 square feet an enclosed tent also needs an architect-sealed life-safety plan.
We supply the flame certificate and the floor plan for every tent we install; you or your venue file the application, and we schedule the setup around the review. Many “Orlando” mailing addresses are actually unincorporated Orange County, where the city rule does not apply and only tents over 901 square feet get a Fire Marshal review through Orange County Fast Track — we check the jurisdiction on every Orlando quote so nobody is surprised on the day.
Ground and neighborhoods
Older neighborhoods — College Park, Audubon Park, Conway, Delaney Park — have mature oaks and irrigation close to the surface; the crew walks the yard on arrival and shifts the footprint to keep stakes clear of roots and heads. Baldwin Park and Lake Nona courtyards are pavers: we anchor with weighted footings so nothing is drilled. Townhomes in Thornton Park and SoDo need a staging spot for the truck — tell us where.
Delivery to Orlando
Central Orlando is about 21 road miles from our shop on Breezy Meadow Road, so delivery prices above our $59 base — roughly $80–$85 for a downtown address at $4 per mile past 15, less for College Park and Rosemont, more for Lake Nona. It is computed from your real address at checkout and covers the whole order, tent included; setup and breakdown are part of the tent price, not an add-on.
What goes with the tent
Most Orlando tent orders add tent lighting (we stock lighting kits sized to the 20×20, 20×40 and 40×40), 60-inch rounds or 8-foot banquets with chairs, floor-length linens for weddings, and a dark walnut dance floor under the 20×40 or larger. Add them in the same checkout and it is one delivery fee and one crew.
