More combined table-and-chair orders go to Orlando than anywhere except Apopka: graduation parties in College Park, backyard receptions in Audubon Park, church socials in Pine Hills, corporate mixers out toward Lake Nona. Most Orlando customers order 60-inch rounds with plastic folding chairs for dining and add a couple of 8-foot banquet tables for the buffet line and the gifts. The step-up version — padded resin chairs and floor-length linens on the rounds — costs a few dollars a seat more and is priced on this page.
Central Orlando is about 21 road miles from our shop on Breezy Meadow Road, so delivery prices above our $59 base — roughly $80–$85 for a downtown address at $4 per mile past 15, less for College Park and Rosemont, more for Lake Nona — and it covers the whole order. It is on the screen before you pay.
Package math for Orlando events
- 50 guests, dinner — six 60-inch rounds (8 per table), fifty chairs, two 8-foot banquets for food and gifts.
- 100 guests, dinner — thirteen rounds, a hundred chairs, three or four 8-foot banquets, a cocktail table or two for the bar.
- 150 guests, buffet and mingling — twelve 8-foot banquets seated eight, a hundred and fifty chairs, four cocktail tables, a 6-foot skirted bar.
A 60-inch round seats eight comfortably and ten tightly; an 8-foot banquet seats eight (four a side) and a 6-foot seats six. Tell us the headcount and the space and we lay it out.
Drop-off or set up
Every order can be dropped and stacked where you want it, or set up by the crew for $0.95 a chair and $2.95 a table — chosen at checkout, and worth it for anything over sixty chairs. Townhomes and apartments in Thornton Park and SoDo: tell us where the truck can stage and whether there is an elevator or gate limit and we plan a shorter, earlier window. College Park and Audubon Park backyards with big oaks: we set the tables where the ground is flat and the roots are not.
Linens and the rest
Floor-length linens sized to our 60-inch rounds, 6-foot and 8-foot banquets and cocktail tables are in the catalog and go in the same checkout; so do a 6-foot skirted bar, a sweetheart table for weddings, bistro tables for a cocktail hour, and a high peak tent if you want the whole thing under cover. One delivery fee, one crew, one bill.
Parks
Delaney Park, Dickson Azalea Park, Lake Lawsona Park and the other City of Orlando parks are reserved through the city; we set up inside your approved window and bring a certificate of insurance if the city asks.
