Four chairs, priced per seat
We keep the chair line simple and priced per seat: plastic folding chairs in white and black for the volume orders, padded resin chairs for dinners and weddings, and gun-metal bar stools for cocktail tables and bar counters. Every price is on this page, live from the catalog. Orlando is our second-highest chair volume after Apopka — graduation parties in College Park, church socials in Pine Hills, backyard receptions in Audubon Park, quinceañeras off Semoran — and the order is usually eighty to a hundred and fifty chairs.
Central Orlando is about 21 road miles from our shop, so delivery prices above our $59 base — roughly $80–$85 for a downtown address at $4 per mile past 15, less for College Park and Rosemont, more for Lake Nona — computed from your real address at checkout and covering the whole order.
Which chair
- Plastic folding (white or black) — the reunion, graduation and church chair; stacks fast, sits fine for a buffet dinner.
- Padded resin — the wedding and anniversary chair; padded seat, resin frame, photographs well without a cover.
- Gun-metal bar stools — for cocktail tables, a skirted bar, or a lanai counter; usually four to eight per event.
Rule of thumb: chairs for every seated guest plus ten percent for the extra table your aunt sets up. For a ceremony followed by dinner under a tent, the same chairs move from rows to rounds — the crew does it if you add setup.
Drop-off or set
Every order can be dropped and stacked where you want it, or set out by the crew for $0.95 a chair at checkout — rows for a ceremony, eight to a round for dinner, and broken down after. Over sixty chairs, setup is worth it. Townhomes and apartments in Thornton Park and SoDo: tell us where the truck can stage and whether there is an elevator or gate limit.
Quantities
- 50 guests — fifty folding or padded chairs, plus two to four bar stools if there is a bar.
- 100 guests — a hundred chairs; padded for a wedding, folding for a graduation.
- 200 guests — two hundred folding chairs; add setup and give the crew the diagram.
Parks
Delaney Park, Dickson Azalea Park, Lake Lawsona Park and the other City of Orlando parks are reserved through the city; we deliver inside your approved window and bring a certificate of insurance if the city asks. Chairs on private property need no permit; if a tent goes over them inside city limits, the City of Orlando requires a tent permit for any tent a tent company installs — see our Orlando tent page.
Tables, linens and tents
60-inch rounds, 6- and 8-foot banquets, cocktail tables, floor- and lap-length linens, a skirted bar and a high peak tent go in the same checkout — one delivery fee, one crew, one bill.
