The reunion chair order
Ocoee is family-reunion and graduation territory, and the chair order is sixty to a hundred plastic folding chairs — white or black — set up in a Forest Oaks or Wesmere backyard or under a reserved pavilion at Vignetti Park. Padded resin chairs come out for anniversaries and showers; bar stools go with the cocktail tables. Ocoee is about 13 road miles from the shop down SR-429, inside our 15-mile zone, so delivery is the flat $59 for nearly every address. Every chair is priced per seat on this page.
Pavilions on a clock
Vignetti Park’s pavilions and Bill Breeze Park’s wedding pavilion and lawn on Starke Lake are reserved through the City of Ocoee (Parks & Leisure, 407-905-3180), and the reservation comes with a window. Send it to us and we deliver inside it — drop-off stacked at the pavilion, or set out by the crew for $0.95 a chair — with a certificate of insurance if the city asks. In a backyard, drop-off is the usual choice under sixty chairs; over sixty, setup pays for itself.
Ground
Ocoee yards are sandy and level; lots near Starke Lake and Prairie Lake can be soft after a storm, so the crew sets rows on the firmest ground. Pool decks and paver patios: the crew carries rather than drags.
Which chair
- Plastic folding (white or black) — reunions, graduations, church events, picnics.
- Padded resin — anniversary dinners, showers, small weddings.
- Gun-metal bar stools — the bar and the cocktail tables.
Quantities
- 60 guests, backyard reunion — sixty folding chairs with 8-foot banquets, a cooler and a fan.
- 100 guests, graduation — a hundred folding chairs, set by the crew, with rounds or banquets.
- 40 guests, anniversary dinner — forty padded chairs at five rounds, four bar stools.
Tables, linens and tents
8-foot banquets, 60-inch rounds, cocktail tables, linens, a skirted bar and a 20×20 or 20×40 high peak tent for shade go in the same checkout — one $59 delivery, one crew. Chairs need no permit; a tent over 900 square feet gets a fire review — see our Ocoee tent page.
