The ceremony rows and the dinner chairs
Windermere is where our padded resin chairs go to weddings. A typical Butler Chain of Lakes order is eighty padded chairs — forty in ceremony rows on the lawn facing the water, then moved to the rounds under the tent for dinner — plus a dozen bar stools at the cocktail tables. Isleworth, Keene’s Pointe and Lake Butler Sound book that setup; Summerport and Windermere Downs book folding chairs for graduation parties and reunions. Every chair is priced per seat on this page from our live catalog.
Set to the diagram
Most Windermere clients take setup at $0.95 a chair, and for a wedding that means the crew places ceremony rows to the planner’s diagram — aisle width, row spacing, a center break — and flips the chairs to the reception layout during cocktail hour if you book the turn. Drop-off orders are stacked and banded where you point.
Pavers, travertine and pool decks
Windermere backyards are hardscape: travertine pool decks, paver courtyards and boat-dock lawns. Chairs get carried, never dragged, and padded resin chair feet are kind to stone. Lawn rows go on the flattest, firmest run — after rain, chair legs sink into soft turf, so the crew checks the ground and shifts rows a few feet when needed.
Delivery from Apopka
The shop is about 19 road miles from Windermere — down SR-429 to the Winter Garden–Vineland Road side, half an hour on a normal morning — so delivery runs about $75 at our $59 base plus $4 per mile past 15. Gated communities need a gate code and any HOA vendor-hours rule in the order notes.
Which chair
Padded resin chairs for weddings, anniversary dinners and anything photographed; white folding chairs for daytime ceremonies and casual parties; black folding chairs under a dark tent or indoors; bar stools with cocktail tables. Eighty padded chairs seat ten rounds under a 20×40 high peak tent with room for a 16×16 dance floor. Chairs, tables, linens, the tent and the floor go in the same checkout — one delivery fee, one crew.
Parks
Town Square Park, Fernwood Park and Central Park are Town of Windermere facilities reserved through the town; most of our Windermere chair work is on private property and needs no permit.
