Two Winter Gardens, one chair price list
Behind the historic-district bungalows near Plant Street the chair order is small and neat — twenty to forty padded resin chairs at a few rounds in a compact backyard. Out in Horizon West, Hamlin and Independence it is bigger — eighty to a hundred and twenty folding chairs for a graduation or a quinceañera on and around a covered lanai. Both are about 14 road miles from the shop via SR-429, inside our 15-mile zone, so delivery is the flat $59 for nearly every address. Every chair is priced per seat on this page.
Gates and lanais
Most Horizon West communities are gated. Put the gate code or the guardhouse instructions in your order notes and the crew never has to wake you. On lanai pavers the crew carries rather than drags; drop-off orders are stacked where you point. Setup by the crew is $0.95 a chair at checkout — rows for a ceremony, eight to a round for dinner, broken down after — and worth it over sixty chairs.
Which chair
- Plastic folding (white or black) — graduations, reunions, quinceañera overflow seating, church events.
- Padded resin — weddings, showers, anniversary dinners on Plant Street.
- Gun-metal bar stools — the bar and the cocktail tables.
Quantities
- 40 guests, Plant Street backyard — forty padded chairs at five rounds.
- 100 guests, Horizon West graduation — a hundred folding chairs, set by the crew, with banquets and rounds.
- Quinceañera, 120 guests — a hundred and twenty padded chairs at fifteen rounds under a 40×40 tent.
Parks
Newton Park on Lake Apopka, Tucker Ranch and the Jessie Brock Community Center Park are reserved through the City of Winter Garden; the trailhead parks along the West Orange Trail host neighborhood events. Reserve first, send us the approved window, and we deliver inside it with a certificate of insurance on request. Chairs need no permit; a tent over them goes through the city’s tent process — see our Winter Garden tent page.
Tables, linens and tents
60-inch rounds, banquets, cocktail tables, linens, a skirted bar and a high peak tent go in the same checkout — one $59 delivery, one crew, one bill.
