Rounds and cocktail tables, dressed
Winter Park’s table order is the reception order: 60-inch rounds in floor-length linens for dinner, 30-inch wood cocktail and bistro tables for the hour before it, a 6-foot skirted bar, a half-round sweetheart table for the couple, and a 6-foot banquet or two for the cake and the gifts. Every table is priced per piece on this page, live from the catalog. Winter Park is about 22 road miles from our shop, so delivery prices around $85 for the whole order, computed from your address at checkout.
Terraces, docks and lawns
Brick and paver terraces, boat-dock lawns and irrigated turf are the surfaces here, and the crew treats them accordingly: pads under table feet on hardscape, tables carried rather than dragged, rounds set on the flattest run of lawn and clear of the irrigation heads. Setup by the crew — $2.95 a table at checkout — is the usual Winter Park choice, and for a wedding it means the rounds are placed to the planner’s diagram and dressed before the florist arrives. Gated communities off Via Tuscany and the Isle of Sicily area: put the code or the guardhouse instructions in your order notes.
Seating math
- 60-inch round — eight comfortably; ten rounds under a 20×40 tent with a dance floor, twenty under a 40×40.
- Cocktail / bistro — standing for four, or two bar stools; one per ten guests for cocktail hour.
- 8-foot banquet — a buffet line, the DJ, or eight seated.
- 6-foot banquet — the cake table, the gift table, the escort cards.
Linens
Floor-length linens sized to the rounds, banquets and cocktail tables are the Winter Park default and go in the same checkout; lap-length for showers and luncheons.
Parks
Dinky Dock Park, Shady Park and the Azalea Lane Recreation Center are reserved through the City of Winter Park; Central Park on Park Avenue is city-events-only. We deliver inside your approved window with a certificate of insurance on request. Tables need no permit.
Chairs, floors and tents
Padded resin chairs, bar stools, a dark walnut dance floor and a high peak tent go in the same checkout — one delivery fee, one crew, one bill.
