The $25 permit most people do not know about
The City of Casselberry treats tents as temporary structures that need a city building permit — $25, submitted through the city’s online permitting portal (Building Division, 407-262-7700 option 5). That is the city’s rule inside its limits. Casselberry mailing addresses also cover parts of unincorporated Seminole County, where only tents of 900 square feet or more get a review from Seminole County Fire Prevention (407-665-7422). We check which one applies to your address before you book and tell you exactly what to submit; for a 20×20 or 20×40 in the county, nothing.
Parks and pavilions
Secret Lake Park off Triplet Lake Drive has pavilions and lakeside lawns, Lake Concord Park sits next to City Hall, and Wirz Park — renovated in 2025, 29 acres off SR-436 — has a pavilion reserved through the city (407-262-7700 ext. 1575). Red Bug Lake Park has a Casselberry address but is a Seminole County park; its large and small pavilions are reserved through the county (407-665-2001). Reserve first, send us the window, and we set up inside it.
HOA hours and street parking
Deer Run and Sausalito have rules on delivery hours and street parking. Send them with your order and we schedule inside them, keep the truck in the driveway, and stack drop-off orders where the HOA allows.
A realistic Casselberry order
For a 40-guest backyard birthday: a 20×20 high peak tent, forty folding chairs, five 8-foot tables, a cooler from the add-ons list, delivery around $67, and optional chair and table setup at $0.95 and $2.95 apiece.
