The birthday-party tent
Casselberry is where our mid-size tents go. Neighborhoods off Red Bug Lake Road, SR-436 and around Lake Concord have backyards that fit a 20×20 high peak tent — 30 to 40 seated, or 50 standing around the food tables — for first birthdays, graduation open houses and family reunions. The 20×40 comes out for the bigger reunions and the occasional backyard wedding. All seven sizes we rent are aluminum-frame high peak tents; prices are on this page, live from the catalog, with setup and breakdown included.
We are about 17 road miles from Casselberry, a couple of miles past our 15-mile flat zone, so delivery prices around $67 for the whole order — the exact figure for your address shows at checkout.
Two permit rules, depending on your address
The City of Casselberry treats tents as temporary structures that need a $25 building permit through the city’s online portal (Building Division, 407-262-7700 option 5). Casselberry mailing addresses also cover parts of unincorporated Seminole County, where only tents of 900 square feet or more get a review from Seminole County Fire Prevention (407-665-7422). We check which applies to your address before you book: inside the city we walk you through the $25 application; in the county, a 20×20 or 20×40 needs nothing and a 40×40 gets the fire review, which we prepare.
HOA hours and yard access
Deer Run and Sausalito have rules on delivery hours and street parking. Send them with your order and we schedule inside them, keep the truck in the driveway, and carry the frame through the side gate — a 20×40 breaks down into pieces that fit through a standard gate. Casselberry yards are sandy and stake well; screened lanais and paver patios get weighted footings.
Sizing
Ten square feet per seated guest at 60-inch rounds: a 20×20 seats 40, a 20×40 seats 80, a 40×40 seats 160. A 20×20 needs about 24×24 of flat ground once stakes and guy lines are counted, a 20×40 about 24×44. Send a photo of the yard and we will tell you honestly what fits.
Parks
Secret Lake Park, Lake Concord Park and Wirz Park are city facilities with pavilions (Wirz reservations 407-262-7700 ext. 1575); Red Bug Lake Park has a Casselberry address but belongs to Seminole County and its pavilions are reserved through the county (407-665-2001). Reserve first, send us the approved window, and we set up inside it with a certificate of insurance on request.
