Quinceañeras and Sweet Sixteens
Casselberry’s dance floors go into backyards off Red Bug Lake Road and SR-436 for quinceañeras and Sweet Sixteens — usually the 12×12 or 16×16, on the lawn or under a 20×20 or 20×40 high peak tent — and onto lanais for milestone birthdays. One dark walnut finish, three sizes, every price on this page, installation included. Casselberry is about 17 road miles from the shop, a couple of miles past our flat zone, so delivery prices around $67 for the whole order, shown at checkout.
Level, and inside the HOA hours
Casselberry yards are sandy and level easily; the sub-floor takes care of the rest and the crew checks the grade first. Screened lanais and paver patios get pads under the sub-floor. Deer Run and Sausalito have rules on delivery hours and street parking — send them with your order and we install inside them, and the panels carry through the side gate.
Which size
- 12×12 — up to about 50 guests; the Sweet Sixteen, the lanai party.
- 16×16 — 80–100 guests; the quinceañera floor under a 20×40.
- 20×20 — 120–160 guests; the big reception under a 40×40.
Rule of thumb: three square feet per guest on the floor at once, about a third of the guests dancing at any moment.
Parks
Secret Lake Park, Lake Concord Park and Wirz Park are City of Casselberry facilities; Red Bug Lake Park belongs to Seminole County. Reserve first, send us the window, and we install inside it with a certificate of insurance on request. A dance floor needs no permit; a tent inside city limits needs the city’s $25 temporary-structure permit — see our Casselberry tent page.
The rest of the package
A high peak tent, tent lighting, 60-inch rounds with linens, padded or folding chairs and a skirted bar go in the same checkout — one delivery fee, one crew.
