What Winter Springs books
Winter Springs is a tables-and-chairs city for us more than a tent city. Most orders come from Tuscawilla — birthday parties, graduation open houses and family reunions in backyards that fit a 20×20 high peak tent, forty to sixty folding chairs and a half-dozen 8-foot tables. Town Center community events and church functions along SR-434 are the other regular stop, usually a larger chair count dropped and set on the venue’s schedule.
We are about 17 road miles from Winter Springs by way of SR-436 and Red Bug Lake Road, which puts a typical address a couple of miles past our 15-mile flat zone. Tuscawilla and HOA delivery hours
Several Tuscawilla neighborhoods restrict commercial vehicle hours and street parking. Send us the HOA rules when you book and we schedule inside them; the crew keeps the truck on the driveway and out of the street wherever the lot allows. Gated sections need a gate code or guardhouse note in the order so nobody is waiting at the gate at seven in the morning.
Ground and weather
Winter Springs yards are mostly sandy soil under St. Augustine grass and stake well. Screened lanais and paver patios get weighted footings instead of stakes. Summer afternoon storms arrive on schedule here; a high peak tent with the sides open sheds wind, and we add ratchet lines on anything 20×40 and larger.
Permits and parks
Private backyard tents up to 900 square feet are exempt from the Florida Fire Prevention Code, which covers our 20×20 and 20×40. Larger tents get a fire review — from the city inside Winter Springs limits or from Seminole County Fire Prevention (407-665-7422) outside them — and we handle the paperwork. Central Winds Park is the city’s main event park and Trotwood Park has pavilions families reserve for parties; both go through the City of Winter Springs, and we set up inside your approved window with a certificate of insurance if the city asks.
