The big floor goes here
Longwood is where the 20×20 goes: under a 40×40 high peak tent on Markham Woods or Lake Brantley acreage, with fifteen to twenty rounds around it, for a wedding of 120 to 160. Wekiva Cove and Sabal Point take the 12×12 or 16×16 on a lanai or under a 20×40 for a graduation or a Sweet Sixteen. One dark walnut finish, three sizes, every price on this page, installation included. Longwood is about 15 road miles from the shop, at the edge of our flat zone: $59 delivery for the closer addresses, a few dollars more out toward Markham Woods, computed at checkout.
Level on acreage
Open acreage is rarely dead level, and the 20×20 needs a smooth 20×20 of ground. The crew walks the site, picks the flattest section, sets the sub-floor and shims until it is level — and if that means the floor sits a few feet off the tent’s center line, we tell you before the day. Sand-over-clay ground holds the sub-floor well; on lanai pavers it sits on pads. Long private drives: tell us if yours is unpaved and the crew plans the approach.
Which size
- 12×12 — up to about 50 guests; the Wekiva Cove graduation, the lanai party.
- 16×16 — 80–100 guests; the reception under a 20×40.
- 20×20 — 120–160 guests; the Markham Woods wedding under a 40×40.
Rule of thumb: three square feet per guest on the floor at once, about a third of the guests dancing at any moment.
Parks
Reiter Park runs on the city’s special-event rules; Candyland Park has pavilions families reserve; Big Tree Park is a Seminole County park. Reserve first, send us the window, and we install inside it with a certificate of insurance on request. A dance floor needs no permit; the 40×40 tent over it gets a Seminole County fire review — see our Longwood tent page.
The rest of the package
The 40×40 high peak tent, tent lighting, twenty rounds with floor-length linens, padded resin chairs, two skirted bars and a sweetheart table go in the same checkout — one delivery fee, one crew, one bill.
