Floors on a schedule
Lake Mary’s dance floors go into clubhouses in Heathrow, Magnolia Plantation and Timacuan for holiday parties and anniversaries, onto campus lawns along International Parkway for company celebrations, and under wedding tents at homes in Lake Mary Woods. One dark walnut finish, three sizes, every price on this page, installation included — on the venue’s schedule, with a certificate of insurance sent the same day you ask. Lake Mary is about 20 road miles from the shop, so delivery prices around $79 for the whole order, shown at checkout.
Clubhouse floors and campus lawns
Indoors the panels go straight down on the clubhouse floor and lock together — no sub-floor, no marks, and the crew is out before the caterer loads in. Outdoors the floor sits on a sub-floor that levels it; the crew checks the grade first and keeps the sub-floor on pads on pavers and pool decks. Campuses: tell us the loading-dock hours and where the truck may stage, off the fire lane.
Which size
- 12×12 — up to about 50 guests; the department party, the anniversary dinner.
- 16×16 — 80–100 guests; the clubhouse holiday party, the reception under a 20×40.
- 20×20 — 120–160 guests; the company celebration under a 40×40.
Rule of thumb: three square feet per guest on the floor at once, about a third of the guests dancing at any moment.
Parks
Central Park by City Hall, Trailblazer Park, Liberty Park and Lake Mary Park are city facilities; reserve through the City of Lake Mary, send us the approved window, and we install inside it with a certificate of insurance on request.
