Volume, on a schedule
Lake Mary table-and-chair orders are mostly corporate and HOA: office campuses along International Parkway and in the Heathrow corridor order fifteen to twenty-five 8-foot banquets with a hundred and fifty to two hundred chairs for picnics and open houses; clubhouse events in Heathrow, Magnolia Plantation and Timacuan order rounds and padded chairs for a dinner. Delivery lands on the venue’s schedule — 6 a.m. campus setups are routine — with a certificate of insurance sent the same day you ask; tell us the exact entity to name and it goes out within hours.
Lake Mary is about 20 road miles from the shop, so delivery prices around $79 for the whole order, computed from your address at checkout. For volume orders (twenty-plus tables) call us and we quote delivery and setup together.
Setup that facilities never touches
At $0.95 a chair and $2.95 a table, setup by the crew means two hundred chairs are set in rows or at rounds to your diagram, tables placed and squared, and everything broken down and stacked after — nobody from the office or the HOA touches a folding leg. Campuses: tell us the loading-dock hours and where the truck may stage (off the fire lane). Clubhouses: the crew uses pads under table feet on pavers and pool decks and keeps setups off the irrigation heads.
Package math
- 150-person campus picnic — nineteen 8-foot banquets seated eight, a hundred and fifty folding chairs, four serving tables, two 20×20 shade tents over the food line.
- 80-guest clubhouse dinner — ten 60-inch rounds, eighty padded resin chairs, floor-length linens, a skirted bar, two cocktail tables.
- 200-person open house, standing — ten cocktail tables, six bistro tables, sixty chairs, two bars.
A 60-inch round seats eight comfortably; an 8-foot banquet seats eight; a 6-foot seats six.
Parks
Central Park by City Hall, Trailblazer Park, Liberty Park and Lake Mary Park are city facilities; reserve through the City of Lake Mary, send us the approved window, and we set up inside it with a certificate of insurance on request.
Linens and extras
Floor- and lap-length linens sized to every table, bistro and cocktail tables, a 6-foot skirted bar, drum fans and coolers from the add-ons list, and high peak tents for shade go in the same checkout — one delivery fee, one crew, one invoice.
