Two kinds of Sanford orders
Sanford splits cleanly. Churches along Celery Avenue and in Goldsboro order chairs by the hundred and 8-foot banquets by the dozen — dropped and stacked, or set out in rows and rounds by the crew. The historic district near First Street orders the dinner-party version: 60-inch rounds, padded resin chairs, floor-length linens and a couple of cocktail tables for a rehearsal dinner or an engagement party. Lake Forest and the Heathrow side book clubhouse and corporate quantities on the venue’s schedule, with a certificate of insurance sent the same day.
Sanford is about 27 road miles from the shop across SR-46, so delivery prices around $110 for the whole order — $59 base plus $4 a mile past 15, shown before you pay. For a hundred chairs and a dozen tables that is still usually under an Orlando warehouse’s trip charge; for six chairs it is not, and we will say so.
Volume orders, done properly
Large chair orders are where setup pays for itself. At $0.95 a chair and $2.95 a table, a 150-chair church event is set in rows or rounds by a crew that does it every week, and broken down after — nobody from the congregation touches a folding leg. Drop-off orders are stacked on carts or in the location you choose. Tell us the load-in time, the door the truck can reach, and whether there are stairs.

Waterfront and hardscape
Tables along Lake Monroe and on the RiverWalk-side pavers get pads on the feet and the crew keeps setups tight where sidewalks are public. Fort Mellon Park, Centennial Park and the RiverWalk need a City of Sanford special-event permit; we set up inside your approved window with a certificate of insurance if the city asks.
Linens and extras
Floor- and lap-length linens sized to every table we rent, a 6-foot skirted bar, a sweetheart table, and a high peak tent for shade go in the same checkout. One delivery fee, one crew.
