Volume is the Sanford chair order
Churches along Celery Avenue and in Goldsboro, community events at Fort Mellon Park and Centennial Park, and clubhouse gatherings in Lake Forest order chairs by the hundred — plastic folding chairs in white or black, dropped and stacked or set in rows and rounds by the crew. The historic district near First Street orders the dinner version: padded resin chairs for a rehearsal dinner or an engagement party. Bar stools go with the cocktail tables. Every chair is priced per seat on this page.
Sanford is about 27 road miles from the shop across SR-46, so delivery prices around $110 for the whole order — $59 base plus $4 a mile past 15, shown before you pay. For a hundred and fifty chairs that is still usually under an Orlando warehouse’s trip charge; for a dozen, a closer company may beat us and we will say so.
Setup by the crew
At $0.95 a chair, setup means a hundred and fifty chairs in rows or eight to a round before the doors open, and broken down and stacked after — nobody from the congregation or the committee touches a folding leg. Tell us the door the truck can reach, the load-in window and whether there are stairs. Drop-off orders are stacked on carts or where you point.

Parks and the waterfront
Fort Mellon Park, Centennial Park and the RiverWalk need a City of Sanford special-event permit; we deliver inside your approved window with a certificate of insurance if the city asks. Chairs on the Lake Monroe waterfront get set on the lee side of the tent on a breezy afternoon; chairs on private property need no permit.
Tables, linens and tents
8-foot banquets, 60-inch rounds, cocktail tables, linens, a skirted bar and a high peak tent go in the same checkout — one delivery fee, one crew.
