Banquets for the church, rounds for downtown
Churches along Celery Avenue and in Goldsboro order 8-foot banquets by the dozen — for seating in rows, for the serving line, for the fellowship hall — dropped and stacked or set by the crew. The historic district near First Street orders 60-inch rounds with floor-length linens, wood cocktail tables and a skirted bar for a rehearsal dinner or an engagement party. Lake Forest and the Heathrow side book clubhouse quantities on the venue’s schedule. Every table is priced per piece on this page. Sanford is about 27 road miles from the shop across SR-46, so delivery prices around $110 for the whole order, shown before you pay — worth it for a dozen tables and a hundred chairs, not for two tables, and we will say so.
Setup for volume
At $2.95 a table, setup by the crew means twenty banquets placed to your plan before the doors open and broken down after. Tell us the door the truck can reach, the load-in window and whether there are stairs. Drop-off orders are stacked on carts or where you point.
Seating math
- 8-foot banquet — eight seated, or a serving line; nineteen banquets seat a hundred and fifty.
- 6-foot banquet — six seated; the registration table, the dessert table.
- 60-inch round — eight comfortably; eight rounds for a 60-guest dinner.
- Cocktail / bistro — standing for four; one per ten guests at a mixer.
The waterfront
Tables along Lake Monroe and on the RiverWalk-side pavers get pads under the feet, and on a breezy afternoon linens go on with clips. Fort Mellon Park, Centennial Park and the RiverWalk need a City of Sanford special-event permit; we deliver inside your approved window with a certificate of insurance if the city asks. Tables on private property need no permit.
Linens, chairs and tents
Floor- and lap-length linens sized to every table, folding and padded chairs, bar stools, a skirted bar and a high peak tent for shade go in the same checkout — one delivery fee, one crew.
