Tables on a schedule
Lake Mary table orders are mostly corporate and HOA: fifteen to twenty-five 8-foot banquets for a campus picnic or open house along International Parkway, set before staff arrive; 60-inch rounds in floor-length linens for a clubhouse dinner in Heathrow, Magnolia Plantation or Timacuan; cocktail and bistro tables with a pair of skirted bars for a mixer. Every table is priced per piece on this page. Lake Mary is about 20 road miles from the shop, so delivery prices around $79 for the whole order, computed at checkout; for twenty-plus tables call us and we quote delivery and setup together.
Set, and gone before the doors open
At $2.95 a table, setup by the crew places twenty banquets to your diagram by 7 a.m. and breaks them down after — facilities never touches a folding leg. Tell us the loading-dock hours and where the truck may stage (off the fire lane). Clubhouse lawns are irrigated and manicured; the crew uses pads under table feet on pavers and pool decks and keeps tables off the irrigation heads. We send the certificate of insurance the same day you ask.
Seating math
- 8-foot banquet — eight seated or a serving line; nineteen banquets for a 150-person picnic.
- 6-foot banquet — six seated; registration, dessert, the AV table.
- 60-inch round — eight comfortably; ten rounds for an 80-guest clubhouse dinner.
- Cocktail / bistro — standing for four; ten cocktail tables for a 200-person open house.
Parks
Central Park by City Hall, Trailblazer Park, Liberty Park and Lake Mary Park are city facilities; reserve through the City of Lake Mary, send us the approved window, and we deliver inside it with a certificate of insurance on request. Tables need no permit.
Linens, chairs and tents
Floor- and lap-length linens sized to every table, folding and padded chairs, bar stools, and high peak tents for shade over the food line go in the same checkout — one delivery fee, one crew, one invoice.
