Room for the big dinner
Longwood has the lots for the big table order. The acre-plus properties along Markham Woods Road and around Lake Brantley host 100- to 150-guest weddings and reunions — fifteen to twenty 60-inch rounds under a 40×40 high peak tent, padded resin chairs, floor-length linens, a bar and a sweetheart table. Wekiva Cove and Sabal Point, closer to our side of I-4, book the suburban version: forty to sixty folding chairs and 8-foot banquets for a graduation or a birthday. Both are priced per piece on this page.
Longwood is about 15 road miles from the shop, right at the edge of our flat zone: delivery is $59 for the closer addresses and a few dollars more out toward Markham Woods, computed from your address at checkout.
Setup crews for big orders
For a hundred and twenty chairs and fifteen rounds, setup by the crew — $0.95 a chair and $2.95 a table at checkout — is the difference between a wedding morning and a work morning. The crew places rounds to the planner’s diagram, squares the chairs, puts pads under table feet on pavers, and comes back to break it all down. Long private drives on the acreage lots: tell us if yours is unpaved and the crew plans the approach. Sweetwater Oaks and Sabal Point HOAs restrict truck hours; send the rules and we schedule inside them.

Parks
Reiter Park by the historic district runs on the city’s special-event rules; Candyland Park has pavilions families reserve; Big Tree Park is a Seminole County park. Reserve first, send us the window, and we set up inside it with a certificate of insurance on request.
Linens and extras
Floor- and lap-length linens sized to every table we rent, bistro and cocktail tables, a 6-foot skirted bar, a sweetheart table, a dark walnut dance floor and the tent go in the same checkout — one delivery fee, one crew, one bill.
