Downtown, the lakefront and the lake houses
Eustis pairs a walkable historic downtown with a waterfront on Lake Eustis, and the orders follow the map. Church functions and community events downtown book chairs and 8-foot tables by the hundred; Ferran Park and the lakeside boardwalk host the public gatherings; homes on Lake Joanna and East Crooked Lake book 20×20 and 20×40 high peak tents with rounds and padded chairs for reunions and backyard weddings.
Eustis is about 17 road miles from the shop up SR-441 and SR-19, a couple of miles past our 15-mile flat zone, so delivery prices around $67 for the whole order — the exact figure for your address shows at checkout before you pay.
Lakefront setups
Lake Eustis is big and open, and the breeze off it is steady in the afternoon. Tents on the waterfront get extra ratchet lines as standard; on the boardwalk-side hardscape and paver patios we anchor with weighted footings instead of stakes. Tell us your yard is on the lake and we plan for it.
Permits and Ferran Park
Tents up to 900 square feet are exempt from the Florida Fire Prevention Code, which covers our 20×20 and 20×40. Larger tents, or any side 30 feet or longer, need a Lake County permit and fire-protection review — we prepare it and schedule around it. Ferran Park, Carver Park, Sunset Island and Marsh Memorial Park are City of Eustis facilities; events there need a city permit. Reserve first, send us the approved window, and we set up inside it with a certificate of insurance on request.
GeorgeFest and the busy weekends
GeorgeFest in February is one of the longest-running community festivals in Florida and it fills our calendar for that weekend; the same is true of the downtown holiday events. Book early for those dates and we hold the inventory.
A realistic Eustis order
For a 100-chair church event downtown: a hundred folding chairs and twelve 8-foot tables dropped and set, with chair and table setup at $0.95 and $2.95 apiece and delivery around $67. For a 50-guest Lake Joanna backyard party: a 20×20 high peak tent, fifty padded resin chairs, six 60-inch rounds and tent lighting.
