More tables than tents
Winter Springs is a tables-and-chairs city for us: birthday parties, graduation open houses and family reunions in Tuscawilla backyards that need forty to sixty folding chairs and a half-dozen 8-foot banquets, and Town Center community events and church functions along SR-434 that need a larger chair count dropped and set on the venue’s schedule. The step-up order — 60-inch rounds with padded resin chairs and lap-length linens — is priced a few dollars a seat more on this page. Winter Springs is about 17 road miles from the shop, a couple of miles past our flat zone, so delivery prices around $67 for the whole order, shown at checkout.
HOA hours and side gates
Several Tuscawilla neighborhoods restrict commercial-vehicle hours and street parking. Send the HOA rules when you book and we schedule inside them; the crew keeps the truck in the driveway and carries tables through the side gate. Setup by the crew is $0.95 a chair and $2.95 a table at checkout; drop-off orders are stacked where you point. Screened lanais and paver patios get pads under table feet.

- 120 guests, church function — fifteen banquets, a hundred and twenty folding chairs, four serving tables, set by the crew.
A 60-inch round seats eight comfortably; an 8-foot banquet seats eight; a 6-foot seats six.
Parks
Central Winds Park is the city’s main event park and Trotwood Park has pavilions families reserve; both go through the City of Winter Springs. Reserve first, send us the approved window, and we deliver inside it with a certificate of insurance on request.
Linens and extras
Floor- and lap-length linens sized to every table we rent, cocktail and bistro tables, a 6-foot skirted bar, a drum fan and a cooler from the add-ons list, and a 20×20 high peak tent for shade go in the same checkout — one delivery fee, one crew.
