Tables on the Seaplane City’s waterfront
Tavares table-and-chair orders follow the water. Wooton Park hosts the festivals and community events that need chairs by the hundred; lakefront homes along the Lake Dora shore book the dinner version — 60-inch rounds, padded resin chairs, floor-length linens; the Royal Harbor and Lake Frances Estates communities book folding chairs and 8-foot banquets for clubhouse gatherings. Tavares is about 16 road miles from the shop via SR-441 and SR-19, just past our flat zone, so delivery prices around $67 for the whole order, shown at checkout.
Wooton Park and permits
Wooton Park is a City of Tavares facility and events there need a city permit; once yours is approved, send us the load-in window and site map and we deliver inside it — drop-off stacked at the pavilion, or set up by the crew for $0.95 a chair and $2.95 a table — with a certificate of insurance if the city asks. Tables and chairs on private property need no permit.
Waterfront setups
Tables along the Lake Dora seawall and on pool decks get pads under the feet; the crew sets rounds on the flattest run of lawn and keeps chairs off the irrigation heads. On a breezy afternoon we set linens with clips.
Package math
- 70 guests, lakefront wedding — nine 60-inch rounds, seventy padded resin chairs, floor-length linens, a skirted bar, two cocktail tables, a sweetheart table.
- 100 guests, Wooton Park community event — thirteen 8-foot banquets seated eight, a hundred folding chairs, four serving tables.
- 50 guests, Royal Harbor clubhouse — six rounds or six banquets, fifty folding chairs, two serving tables.
A 60-inch round seats eight comfortably; an 8-foot banquet seats eight; a 6-foot seats six.
