Staged before the guests arrive
A large share of our Kissimmee table-and-chair orders go to vacation-rental homes and resort communities along US-192, around Reunion and on Narcoossee Road, where a host needs tables and chairs in place before check-in. We coordinate gate codes and the delivery window directly with the property manager, stack drop-off orders where the house rules allow, and pick up on the check-out schedule — send us the management company’s contact and we handle it. Quinceañeras and family reunions in Buenaventura Lakes and Poinciana are the other big order: rounds with floor-length linens and padded chairs for a hundred and twenty, or folding chairs and banquets for a reunion.
Kissimmee is about 38 road miles from our shop, the far edge of our range. Delivery prices around $150 for the whole order at our $59 base plus $4 a mile past 15, shown before you pay; for a quinceañera it pencils out, for a dozen chairs it does not, and we will say so.
Package math
- Quinceañera, 120 guests — fifteen 60-inch rounds, a hundred and twenty padded resin chairs, floor-length linens, two skirted bars, four cocktail tables, a sweetheart table, under a 40×40 tent.
- Reunion, 100 guests — thirteen 8-foot banquets seated eight, a hundred folding chairs, four serving tables, coolers.
- Vacation-home dinner, 30 guests — four rounds, thirty padded chairs, lap-length linens, staged on the pool deck.
A 60-inch round seats eight comfortably; an 8-foot banquet seats eight; a 6-foot seats six. Setup by the crew is $0.95 a chair and $2.95 a table at checkout and the usual choice for a quinceañera; pool decks and pavers get pads under every table foot.
Parks
Kissimmee Lakefront Park on Lake Tohopekaliga is a city facility with its own event-permit process; reserve first, send us the window, and we deliver inside it with a certificate of insurance on request. Tables and chairs on private property need no permit.
