The far edge of our range, priced plainly
Kissimmee is the farthest city we deliver tents to regularly — about 38 road miles from our Apopka shop down SR-429 and I-4. At our $59 base plus $4 a mile past 15, a central Kissimmee address prices around $150 for delivery, and that number is on the screen before you pay. For a tent order it still pencils out against the trip charges of the big Orlando warehouses; for a single 10×10, it does not, and we will say so.
All seven sizes we rent are aluminum-frame high peak tents with no center pole. Prices are on this page, live from the catalog, and setup and breakdown are part of the tent price.
The quinceañera tent
Quinceañeras are the biggest Kissimmee tent orders and the ones we plan most carefully. A 20×40 seats 80 at ten 60-inch rounds and stays under Florida’s 900-square-foot fire-code line; a 40×40 seats 160 and needs a fire review from the City of Kissimmee inside the limits or Osceola County outside them, which we prepare and schedule two weeks out. Under the tent: floor-length linens, padded resin chairs, a 16×16 or 20×20 dark walnut dance floor, tent lighting for a night that runs late, a skirted bar and a sweetheart table. Send us the guest count and the yard dimensions and we lay it out.
Vacation-rental homes and resort communities
A large share of our Kissimmee tents go up at vacation-rental homes along US-192, around Reunion and on Narcoossee Road, where a host wants shade over the pool deck for a reunion. Pool decks and pavers get weighted footings — nothing staked — and we coordinate gate codes and delivery windows directly with the property manager, then pick up on the check-out schedule. Send us the management company’s contact and we handle it.
Permits
Florida exempts tents up to 900 square feet from the Fire Prevention Code, which covers our 20×20 and 20×40. A 40×40 or larger gets a fire review from whichever office governs the address — the City of Kissimmee inside its limits, Osceola County outside — and we prepare the application and the flame-resistance certificate. Kissimmee Lakefront Park on Lake Tohopekaliga is a city facility with its own event-permit process; reserve first, send us the window, and we set up inside it with a certificate of insurance on request.
