Big lots, big chair counts
Longwood has the ground for the big order. Weddings and reunions on the acre-plus properties along Markham Woods Road and around Lake Brantley run a hundred to a hundred and fifty chairs — padded resin at rounds under a 40×40 tent, or folding for a reunion. Wekiva Cove and Sabal Point, closer to our side of I-4, book the suburban version: forty to sixty folding chairs for a graduation or a birthday. Every chair is priced per seat on this page. Longwood is about 15 road miles from the shop, right at the edge of our flat zone: $59 delivery for the closer addresses, a few dollars more out toward Markham Woods, computed at checkout.
Setup crews for the big day
At $0.95 a chair, setup by the crew turns a wedding morning back into a wedding morning: rows on the lawn for the ceremony, eight to a round under the tent for dinner, moved while the guests are at cocktail hour, and broken down and stacked after. Long private drives on the acreage lots: tell us if yours is unpaved and the crew plans the approach. Sweetwater Oaks and Sabal Point HOAs restrict truck hours; send the rules and we schedule inside them.
Which chair
- Padded resin — the Markham Woods wedding and the anniversary dinner.
- Plastic folding (white or black) — reunions, graduations, church picnics.
- Gun-metal bar stools — the bars and the cocktail tables.
Quantities
- 120 guests, acreage wedding — a hundred and twenty padded chairs, eight bar stools, ten percent spare.
- 60 guests, Wekiva Cove graduation — sixty folding chairs with 8-foot banquets.
- Cocktail-style, 80 guests — thirty chairs, eight bar stools, cocktail tables.
Parks
Reiter Park runs on the city’s special-event rules; Candyland Park has pavilions families reserve; Big Tree Park is a Seminole County park. Reserve first, send us the window, and we deliver inside it with a certificate of insurance on request. Chairs need no permit; a 40×40 tent over them gets a Seminole County fire review — see our Longwood tent page.
Tables, linens and tents
60-inch rounds, banquets, cocktail tables, floor-length linens, skirted bars, a sweetheart table, a dance floor and the tent go in the same checkout — one delivery fee, one crew, one bill.
