Chairs on a schedule
Lake Mary chair orders are mostly corporate and HOA: office campuses along International Parkway and in the Heathrow corridor order a hundred and fifty to two hundred folding chairs for picnics, town halls and open houses, set before staff arrive; clubhouse events in Heathrow, Magnolia Plantation and Timacuan order padded resin chairs at rounds for a dinner. Bar stools go with the cocktail tables at a mixer. Every chair is priced per seat on this page. Lake Mary is about 20 road miles from the shop, so delivery prices around $79 for the whole order, computed at checkout; for volume orders call us and we quote delivery and setup together.
Set, and gone before the doors open
At $0.95 a chair, setup by the crew means two hundred chairs in rows or at rounds to your diagram by 7 a.m., and everything broken down and stacked after — nobody from facilities or the HOA touches a folding leg. Tell us the loading-dock hours and where the truck may stage (off the fire lane), and we plan the window. We send the certificate of insurance the same day you ask; tell us the exact entity to name.

Parks
Central Park by City Hall, Trailblazer Park, Liberty Park and Lake Mary Park are city facilities; reserve through the City of Lake Mary, send us the approved window, and we deliver inside it with a certificate of insurance on request. Chairs need no permit.
Tables, linens and tents
8-foot banquets, 60-inch rounds, cocktail and bistro tables, linens, skirted bars and high peak tents for shade go in the same checkout — one delivery fee, one crew, one invoice.
