Tables on a slope
Clermont’s hills are the reason we shim. A run of 8-foot banquets that sits dead level on a flat Apopka lot rocks on a Kings Ridge or Legends backyard, so the crew shims every leg, sets rounds on the flattest run of lawn, and flags any grade too steep for a dance floor before delivery day. Send a phone photo of the yard when you book and the crew arrives with the shims and the plan. Clermont is about 27 road miles from the shop across SR-50, so delivery prices around $110 for the whole order — on the screen before you pay, and worth it for a full table-and-chair order.
Setup by the crew
At $0.95 a chair and $2.95 a table, setup on a sloped yard is the right call for anything over forty chairs — leveling is the job. Waterfront Park’s pavilions on Lake Minneola and the newer Summit Greens and Hartwood Reserve lanais are flat and easy; drop-off orders there are stacked where you point. Gated communities need a gate code in the order notes.
Package math
- 60 guests, Kings Ridge graduation — eight 8-foot banquets seated eight, sixty folding chairs, two serving tables, a cooler.
- 80 guests, lakefront pavilion reunion — ten banquets or ten rounds, eighty folding chairs, three serving tables.
- 50 guests, anniversary dinner — six 60-inch rounds, fifty padded resin chairs, lap-length linens, a skirted bar.
A 60-inch round seats eight comfortably; an 8-foot banquet seats eight; a 6-foot seats six.
Parks
Waterfront Park, Palatlakaha Recreation Area, Kehlor Park and the Clermont City Center downtown are City of Clermont facilities; reserve through the city, send us the approved window, and we deliver inside it with a certificate of insurance on request.
Linens and extras
Floor- and lap-length linens sized to every table we rent, cocktail and bistro tables, a 6-foot skirted bar, fans and coolers from the add-ons list, and a high peak tent leveled on adjustable legs go in the same checkout — one delivery fee, one crew.
