The reunion table order
Ocoee’s family reunions and graduation parties run on 8-foot banquets — eight to twelve of them for the food line and the seating — with a couple of 60-inch rounds for the grandparents’ table and a chill table for the drinks, set up in a Forest Oaks or Wesmere backyard or under a reserved pavilion at Vignetti Park. Ocoee is about 13 road miles from the shop down SR-429, inside our 15-mile zone, so delivery is the flat $59 for nearly every address. Every table is priced per piece on this page.
Pavilions on a clock
Vignetti Park’s pavilions and Bill Breeze Park’s lawn on Starke Lake are reserved through the City of Ocoee (Parks & Leisure, 407-905-3180), and the reservation comes with a window. Send it to us and we deliver inside it — drop-off stacked at the pavilion, or set by the crew for $2.95 a table — with a certificate of insurance if the city asks. In a backyard, drop-off is the usual choice under a dozen tables.
Ground
Ocoee yards are sandy and level tables easily; lots near Starke Lake and Prairie Lake can be soft after a storm, so the crew sets tables on the firmest ground and shims the legs. Pool decks and paver patios get pads under table feet.
Seating math
- 8-foot banquet — eight seated or a buffet line; eight banquets for a 60-guest reunion.
- 6-foot banquet — six seated; gifts, desserts, the DJ.
- 60-inch round — eight comfortably; the family table, or thirteen rounds for a 100-guest dinner.
- Cocktail / bistro — standing for four.
Linens, chairs and tents
Floor- and lap-length linens sized to every table, folding and padded chairs, bar stools, a drum fan and a cooler from the add-ons list, and a 20×20 or 20×40 high peak tent for shade go in the same checkout — one $59 delivery, one crew. Tables need no permit.
